Article 695-9-48 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The provisions of this section shall apply to the exchange of information referred to in Article 695-9-31 between the services or units mentioned in the same Article and the competent services of the non-EU Member States associated with the implementation, application and development of the Schengen acquis.
