Recognition of the European protection order shall be refused in the following cases:
1° The European protection order is incomplete or has not been completed within the time limit set by the competent authority of the executing State;
2° The conditions set out in Article 696-90 are not fulfilled;
3° The protection measure was ordered on the basis of conduct that does not constitute an offence under French law;
4° The European protection order is based on the enforcement of a measure or penalty relating to conduct which falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts and which has given rise to an amnesty in accordance with French law;
5° The offender enjoys immunity in France which prevents the European protection order from being enforced in France;
6° The European protection order is based on facts that could have been tried by the French courts and the public prosecution is time-barred under French law;
7° The European protection order is based on offences for which the suspected, prosecuted or convicted person has already been finally judged by the French courts or by the courts of a Member State other than the issuing State, provided that the sentence has been enforced, is being enforced or can no longer be enforced under the law of the Member State that handed down the conviction;
8° The perpetrator of the offence was under thirteen years of age on the date of the acts.
