If the reasoned opinion of the investigating chamber postpones the extradition request and that opinion is final, extradition cannot be granted.

The person claimed, if not detained for another reason, is then automatically released.

Si l’avis motivé de la chambre de l’instruction repousse la demande d’extradition et que cet avis est définitif, l’extradition ne peut être accordée.

La personne réclamée, si elle n’est pas détenue pour une autre cause, est alors mise d’office en liberté.
