Article 696-33 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The provisions of Articles 696-26 to 696-32 are applicable if the person whose provisional arrest has been requested is the subject of an extradition request and consents to being extradited more than ten days after his arrest and no later than the day of his first appearance before the investigating chamber, seised under the conditions set out in Section 2 of this Chapter, or if the person whose extradition is requested consents to be extradited no later than the day of his first appearance before the Investigating Chamber, seised under the same conditions.

Les dispositions des articles 696-26 à 696-32 sont applicables si la personne dont l’arrestation provisoire a été demandée fait l’objet d’une demande d’extradition et consent à être extradée plus de dix jours après son arrestation et au plus tard le jour de sa première comparution devant la chambre de l’instruction, saisie dans les conditions énoncées à la section 2 du présent chapitre, ou si la personne dont l’extradition est demandée consent à être extradée au plus tard le jour de sa première comparution devant la chambre de l’instruction, saisie dans les mêmes conditions.
