Article 696-50 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The obligations to which a person may be required to submit in the executing State are as follows:

1° An obligation on the person to inform a specific authority of any change of residence;

2° A prohibition on going to certain places or defined areas in the issuing State or the executing State;

3° An obligation to remain in a specified place, where appropriate for specified periods;

4° Restrictions on the possibility of leaving the territory of the executing State;

5° An obligation to report at specified times to a specific authority;

6° An obligation to avoid contact with certain persons connected with the offence or offences allegedly committed;

7° Where appropriate, other obligations, notified to the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, which the executing State is prepared to monitor.

Les obligations auxquelles une personne peut être astreinte à se soumettre dans l’Etat d’exécution sont les suivantes :

1° L’obligation pour la personne d’informer une autorité spécifique de tout changement de résidence ;

2° L’interdiction de se rendre dans certains lieux ou dans certaines zones définies de l’Etat d’émission ou de l’Etat d’exécution ;

3° L’obligation de rester en un lieu déterminé, le cas échéant durant des périodes déterminées ;

4° Les restrictions quant à la possibilité de quitter le territoire de l’Etat d’exécution ;

5° L’obligation de se présenter à des heures précises devant une autorité spécifique ;

6° L’obligation d’éviter tout contact avec certaines personnes ayant un lien avec l’infraction ou les infractions qui auraient été commises ;

7° Le cas échéant, les autres obligations, notifiées au secrétariat général du Conseil de l’Union européenne, que l’Etat d’exécution est disposé à contrôler.
