The decision of the liberty and custody judge taken pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 696-70 is subject to appeal in accordance with the procedures set out in Articles 185 and 186.
The appeal does not challenge the principle of placement under judicial supervision, nor the nature of the measures ordered by the issuing State.
