The recordings and data collected during the operations carried out pursuant to this section shall be destroyed, at the request of the public prosecutor or the public prosecutor, on expiry of the statute of limitations for public prosecution. A report shall be drawn up of the destruction operation.
Les enregistrements et données recueillies lors des opérations effectuées en application de la présente section sont détruits, à la diligence du procureur de la République ou du procureur général, à l’expiration du délai de prescription de l’action publique. Il est dressé procès-verbal de l’opération de destruction.
