The judge shall, even of his own motion, make any adjustments necessary to bring the account into conformity with the tariffs. He shall mention, where appropriate, any sums already collected as a provision.

Le juge procède, même d’office, à tous les redressements nécessaires afin de rendre le compte conforme aux tarifs. Il mentionne, s’il y a lieu, les sommes déjà perçues à titre de provision.
