Article 802 bis of the French General Tax Code

When the notary, mandated by the heirs, legatees or donees, their guardians or their curators, transmits a copy of the declaration provided for in I of Article 800 by means of an online service made available by the administration from a specific platform, he shall affix to this copy the indications of certification of the identity of the parties and of conformity to the original.

Article 802 bis

Lorsque le notaire, mandaté par les héritiers, légataires ou donataires, leurs tuteurs ou leurs curateurs, transmet une copie de la déclaration prévue au I de l’article 800 au moyen d’un service en ligne mis à disposition par l’administration depuis une plateforme spécifique, il appose sur cette copie les mentions de certification de l’identité des parties et de conformité à l’original.
