Article 869 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the application of Article 719 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Polynesia and New Caledonia, journalists are either holders of the professional identity card defined by the Labour Code, or are recognised as journalists under the provisions having the same purpose in these collectivities.
