Article 881 F of the French General Tax Code

The rate of the contribution payable for the issue of the statements of formalities provided for in article 8 of the decree of 9 April 1956 on the creation and operation of special mortgage archive centres is set at €5 per person for whom the information is requested.

Le tarif de la contribution exigible pour la délivrance des relevés de formalités prévus à l’article 8 de l’arrêté du 9 avril 1956 portant création et fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d’archives hypothécaires est fixé à 5 € par personne du chef de laquelle les renseignements sont demandés.
