Article 884 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For all hearings of the Investigating Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Saint-Denis de La Réunion ruling on an appeal against an order of the investigating judge or the liberty and custody judge of the Mamoudzou judicial court or on an application concerning proceedings before this court, audiovisual telecommunication means guaranteeing the confidentiality of the transmission may be used. A report shall be drawn up in accordance with the procedures set out in the second paragraph of article 706-71. The provisions of the sixth and eighth paragraphs of the same article shall then apply.

Pour toutes les audiences de la chambre de l’instruction de la cour d’appel de Saint-Denis de La Réunion statuant sur l’appel d’une ordonnance du juge de l’instruction ou du juge des libertés et de la détention du tribunal judiciaire de Mamoudzou ou sur une demande concernant une procédure suivie devant ce tribunal, il peut être recouru à un moyen de télécommunication audiovisuelle garantissant la confidentialité de la transmission. Un procès-verbal est dressé selon les modalités prévues par le deuxième alinéa de l’article 706-71. Les dispositions des sixième et huitième alinéas de ce même article sont alors applicables.
