The submissions shall be served and the exhibits communicated simultaneously by each party’s lawyer to the other party’s lawyer; in the case of multiple plaintiffs or defendants, they must be served on all the lawyers constituted.
Copies of the submissions shall be submitted to the court registry with proof of service.
Documents communicated and filed in support of inadmissible submissions shall themselves be inadmissible.

Copie des conclusions est remise au greffe avec la justification de leur notification.
