Article 910-2 of the French Code of civil procedure

The decision ordering the parties to meet with a mediator pursuant to article 127-1 or who orders mediation pursuant to article 131-1 interrupts the time limits for concluding and cross-appealing mentioned in articles 905-2 and 908 to 910. The interruption has effect until the expiry of the mediator’s term of office.

Article 910-2

La décision qui enjoint aux parties de rencontrer un médiateur en application de l’article 127-1 ou qui ordonne une médiation en application de l’article 131-1 interrompt les délais impartis pour conclure et former appel incident mentionnés aux articles 905-2 et 908 à 910. L’interruption produit ses effets jusqu’à l’expiration de la mission du médiateur.
