L’intimé à un appel incident ou à un appel provoqué dispose, à peine d’irrecevabilité relevée d’office, d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la notification qui lui en est faite pour remettre ses conclusions au greffe.

L’intervenant forcé à l’instance d’appel dispose, à peine d’irrecevabilité relevée d’office, d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la date à laquelle la demande d’intervention formée à son encontre lui a été notifiée pour remettre ses conclusions au greffe. L’intervenant volontaire dispose, sous la même sanction, du même délai à compter de son intervention volontaire.
