Article 913-9 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The delegated production company may receive several grants from the compensation fund when the filming of the same work gives rise either to several interruptions or several postponements, or to a combination of the cases mentioned in article 913-5. The total cumulative duration of the interruption or postponement of filming may not exceed the maximum duration set in the last paragraph of article 913-6. The total amount of additional cost taken into account to determine the cumulative amount of this aid may not exceed the limits mentioned in the penultimate paragraph of article 913-7.

Article 913-9

L’entreprise de production déléguée peut bénéficier de plusieurs aides du fonds d’indemnisation lorsque le tournage d’une même œuvre donne lieu soit à plusieurs interruptions ou plusieurs reports, soit à un cumul des cas mentionnés à l’article 913-5. La durée cumulée totale d’interruption ou de report du tournage ne peut excéder la durée maximale fixée au dernier alinéa de l’article 913-6. Le montant total du coût supplémentaire pris en compte pour la détermination du montant cumulé de ces aides ne peut excéder les limites mentionnées à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article 913-7.
