Article 916-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For cinematographic works commercially exhibited in cinemas between 22 June 2020 and 30 December 2020, by way of derogation from 4° of article 222-19, the maximum number of cinematographic establishments is increased to four hundred and by way of derogation from 5° of the same article, the minimum amount of final distribution expenses is reduced to €35,000.

Pour les œuvres cinématographiques faisant l’objet d’une exploitation commerciale en salles entre le 22 juin 2020 et le 30 décembre 2020, par dérogation au 4° de l’article 222-19, le nombre maximum d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques est porté à quatre cents et par dérogation au 5° du même article, le montant minimum de dépenses définitives de distribution est ramené à 35 000 €.
