Aid is awarded and its amount is determined, up to a limit of €800,000 per company or organisation, taking into consideration:
1° The following general criteria:
a) The project’s suitability for the objectives of digital and sustainable modernisation of the production apparatus;
b) The general quality of the application;
c) The eco-responsible nature of the project;
2° The following economic criteria:
a) Positioning of the project in relation to the competition;
b) Adaptation of the project to market needs;
c) Ability of the applicant to target the international market;
d) Appropriateness of the market access strategy;
e) Involvement in a local dynamic;
f) Expected general impact of the project on the sector;
3° The following technical criteria:
a) Consistency of the technical and technological choices made;
b) The applicant’s ability to have the technical resources to complete the project;
4° The following financial criteria:
a) The business model and profitability prospects;
b) Consistency of the provisional budget;
c) Soundness of the financial package;
d) Consistency of the project with the applicant’s development strategy.

Les aides sont attribuées et leur montant est déterminé, dans la limite de 800 000 € par entreprise ou organisme, en considération :
1° Des critères généraux suivants :
a) L’adéquation du projet avec les objectifs de modernisation numérique et durable de l’appareil de production ;
b) La qualité générale du dossier ;
c) Le caractère éco-responsable du projet ;
2° Des critères économiques suivants :
a) Le positionnement du projet face à la concurrence ;
b) L’adaptation du projet aux besoins du marché ;
c) La capacité du demandeur à cibler le marché international ;
d) La pertinence de la stratégie d’accès au marché ;
e) L’inscription dans une dynamique locale ;
f) L’impact général attendu du projet sur le secteur ;
3° Des critères techniques suivants :
a) La cohérence des choix techniques et technologiques ;
b) La capacité du demandeur à disposer des moyens techniques pour mener à bien le projet ;
4° Des critères financiers suivants :
a) Le modèle économique et les perspectives de rentabilité ;
b) La cohérence du budget prévisionnel ;
c) La solidité du montage financier ;
d) La cohérence du projet avec la stratégie de développement du demandeur.
