The aid is awarded in the form of a grant.
The aid is the subject of an agreement concluded with the beneficiary company or organisation. This agreement sets out, in particular, the terms and conditions for payment of the grant and the circumstances in which it is repaid.
When a grant is awarded to several companies or organisations developing a joint project, the agreement is concluded with these companies or organisations and the amount of the grant is paid according to the breakdown agreed between them.

L’aide est attribuée sous forme de subvention.
L’aide fait l’objet d’une convention conclue avec l’entreprise ou l’organisme bénéficiaire. Cette convention fixe notamment les modalités de versement de l’aide et les circonstances dans lesquelles celle-ci donne lieu à reversement.
Lorsqu’une aide est attribuée à plusieurs entreprises ou organismes développant un projet commun, la convention est conclue avec ces entreprises ou organismes et le montant de l’aide est versé selon la répartition convenue entre eux.
