Article 917-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In order to take into account the conditions of exploitation of cinematographic works in cinematographic theatres during the period of restriction of the hours of reception of the public, by derogation to articles 916-9 and 916-10, the rates of calculation of the sums representing the automatic financial aid to which the distribution companies can claim in application of article 222-3, between 14 October and 29 October 2020, are those fixed in article 917-4.

Article 917-3

Afin de tenir compte des conditions d’exploitation des œuvres cinématographiques en salles de spectacles cinématographiques durant la période de restriction des horaires d’accueil du public, par dérogation aux articles 916-9 et 916-10, les taux de calcul des sommes représentant les aides financières automatiques auxquelles peuvent prétendre les entreprises de distribution en application de l’article 222-3, entre le 14 octobre et le 29 octobre 2020, sont ceux fixés à l’article 917-4.
