Article 918-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For investment grants awarded in 2019, 2020 and 2021, the two-year period referred to in the first paragraph of article 411-17 for the work to obtain a cinematographic exhibition licence is replaced by a three-year period for the production company to apply for this licence.

Pour les allocations d’investissement attribuées en 2019, en 2020 et en 2021, le délai de deux ans mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article 411-17 pour que l’œuvre obtienne le visa d’exploitation cinématographique est remplacé par un délai de trois ans pour que l’entreprise de production demande ce visa.
