A direct allocation is granted in addition to the new cross-cutting aid to compensate for the drop in activity granted in application of sub-section 4, in order to take into account the consequences on attendance at cinematographic entertainment establishments of the implementation of the health pass, provided for by decree no. 2021-699 of 1st June 2021 prescribing the general measures necessary for managing the end of the health crisis.
Une allocation directe est attribuée en complément de la nouvelle aide transversale de compensation de la baisse d’activité attribuée en application de la sous-section 4, afin de prendre en compte les conséquences sur la fréquentation des établissements de spectacles cinématographiques de la mise en place du dispositif de passe sanitaire, prévu par le décret n° 2021-699 du 1er juin 2021 prescrivant les mesures générales nécessaires à la gestion de la sortie de crise sanitaire.
