Article 919-91 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The complementary direct allocation is allocated according to the same terms and conditions as those set out for the allocation of the new transversal aid to compensate for the drop in activity.
For each film-theatre establishment, the amount of the complementary direct allocation is determined by applying the percentage corresponding to the market share of this establishment determined for the allocation of the new transversal aid to compensate for the drop in activity, to the amount of the credits allocated to the complementary direct allocations set out in this sub-section.

L’allocation directe complémentaire est attribuée selon les mêmes conditions et modalités que celles prévues pour l’attribution de la nouvelle aide transversale de compensation de la baisse d’activité.
Pour chaque établissement de spectacles cinématographiques, le montant de l’allocation directe complémentaire est déterminé en appliquant le pourcentage correspondant à la part de marché de cet établissement déterminée pour l’attribution de la nouvelle aide transversale de compensation de la baisse d’activité, au montant des crédits affectés aux allocations directes complémentaires prévues par la présente sous-section.
