Article 960 of the French Code of civil procedure

The constitution of a lawyer by the respondent or by any person who becomes a party in the course of the proceedings shall be denounced to the other parties by notification between lawyers.

This document shall indicate:

a) If the party is a natural person, his surname, first names, profession, domicile, nationality, date and place of birth;

b) If it is a legal person, its form, name, registered office and the body which legally represents it.

La constitution d’avocat par l’intimé ou par toute personne qui devient partie en cours d’instance est dénoncée aux autres parties par notification entre avocats.

Cet acte indique :

a) Si la partie est une personne physique, ses nom, prénoms, profession, domicile, nationalité, date et lieu de naissance ;

b) S’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa forme, sa dénomination, son siège social et l’organe qui la représente légalement.
