Any person may dispose of by will either under the title of institution of heirship, or under the title of legacy, or under any other name appropriate to manifest his will.

Article 967

Toute personne pourra disposer par testament soit sous le titre d’institution d’héritier, soit sous le titre de legs, soit sous toute autre dénomination propre à manifester sa volonté.
