Article A123-11-2 of the French Commercial code

I.-The payment of legal fees to the benefit of a recipient body or a competent authority shall be made by the declarant to the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 using the following means:

a) By using a payment card issued by a credit institution or by an institution or service mentioned in article L. 518-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code;

b) Through an advance payment account opened with the aforementioned single body, in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by that body.

II.-.The funds collected by the single body referred to in Article R. 123-1 must be transferred to the recipient bodies and the competent authorities before the sixth day of each month, for all benefits for which notification of completion was received by this body during the previous month.

Article A123-11-2

I.-Le paiement de frais légaux au bénéfice d’un organisme destinataire ou d’une autorité compétente est réalisé par le déclarant auprès de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 selon les moyens suivants :

a) Par le recours à une carte de paiement émise par un établissement de crédit ou par une institution ou un service mentionné à l’article L. 518-1 du code monétaire et financier ;

b) Par un compte d’avance de paiement ouvert auprès de l’organisme unique susmentionné, selon des modalités fixées par cet organisme.

II.-Le virement des fonds perçus par l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 doit être réalisé au bénéfice des organismes destinataires et des autorités compétentes avant le sixième jour de chaque mois, pour l’ensemble des prestations dont la notification d’accomplissement a été reçue par cet organisme au cours du mois précédent.
