Applications for registration of savings and provident institutions or, where applicable, for amending registration shall be accompanied by the following supporting documents:
1° The receipt for the filing of the deeds and documents if the formality is not concurrent with the filing;
2° In the event of a merger or demerger, a registration extract for each of the savings banks participating in the merger or demerger operation;
3° For natural persons with the general power to bind the savings and provident institutions, for members of the guidance and supervisory board, all official documents proving identity and nationality and, if they are foreigners, the documents entitling them to reside on French territory;
4° For legal entities that are members of the Guidance and Supervisory Board, an extract from their registration in the Trade and Companies Register or the title justifying their legal capacity and for the permanent representative who is not the chairman of the board of directors or the manager of the legal entity, a copy of the decision conferring this capacity on him;
5° For statutory auditors, proof of their registration on the list of statutory auditors.
