If the activity undertaken cannot be carried on without administrative authorisation, with the exception of the case of non-renewal of that authorisation, the Registrar shall inform the competent administrative authority of the ex officio striking offs it carries out.

Si l’activité entreprise ne peut être exercée sans autorisation administrative, à l’exception du cas de non-renouvellement de cette autorisation, le greffier informe l’autorité administrative compétente des radiations d’office auxquelles il procède.
