Article A123-77 of the French Commercial code

The transfer by a member of its shareholding in a European Economic Interest Grouping, or of a fraction thereof, gives rise to the insertion in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales of a notice drawn up by the Registrar. The notice shall contain the name of the grouping, the registration references and an indication of the transfer that has taken place.
