Article A43-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In accordance with the provisions of article R. 111-20 of the Code de l’Entrée et du Séjour des Etrangers et du Droit d’Asile (Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum), the amount of compensation allocated to the person appointed as ad hoc administrator in the context of a procedure to keep a person in a waiting zone or an asylum application procedure is set as follows:

150 euros for the allowance provided for in 1°;

150 euros for the allowance provided for in 2°;

150 euros for the allowance provided for in 3°.

The amount of the waiting period indemnity is set at 50 euros.

Article A43-11

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 111-20 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, le montant des indemnités allouées à la personne désignée en qualité d’administrateur ad hoc dans le cadre d’une procédure de maintien en zone d’attente ou d’une procédure de demande d’asile est fixé ainsi qu’il suit :

150 euros pour l’indemnité prévue au 1° ;

150 euros pour l’indemnité prévue au 2° ;

150 euros pour l’indemnité prévue au 3°.

Le montant de l’indemnité de carence est fixé à 50 euros.
