Article A444-116 of the French Commercial code

Services relating to the rules of co-ownership or the description (numbers 94 and 95 of table 5) give rise to the collection of a fee:

1° Of 377.31 €, for the drawing up of the deed of rules of co-ownership or the description;

2° Of 188.66 € for:

a) Bringing the regulations or the description into line with legal obligations; or

b) Amending the regulations or the description in order to take into account the wishes of the co-owners or the parties;

3° From €11.32 per lot, for drawing up the description;

4° From €5.66 per lot, for:

a) Bringing the description into line with legal obligations; or

b) Amending the description to take into account the wishes of the co-owners or parties.

The fees provided for in 2°, 3° and 4° are, where applicable, charged in addition to that provided for in 1.

Les prestations en matière de règlement de copropriété ou de descriptif (numéros 94 et 95 du tableau 5) donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument :

1° De 377,31 €, pour l’établissement de l’acte de règlement de copropriété ou du descriptif ;

2° De 188,66 € pour :

a) La mise en conformité du règlement ou du descriptif aux obligations légales ; ou

b) La modification du règlement ou du descriptif afin de prendre en compte la volonté des copropriétaires ou des parties ;

3° De 11,32 € par lot, pour l’établissement du descriptif ;

4° De 5,66 € par lot, pour :

a) La mise en conformité du descriptif aux obligations légales ; ou

b) La modification du descriptif afin de prendre en compte la volonté des copropriétaires ou des parties.

Les émoluments prévus au 2°, 3° et 4° sont, le cas échéant, perçus en sus de celui prévu au 1.
