Article A444-121 of the French Commercial code

Voluntary or judicial partition (number 101 of table 5) gives rise to the collection of:

1° An emolument proportional to the gross assets, after deduction only of particular legacies, according to the following scale:

Tranches of assessment Applicable rate
0 to €6,500 4.837%
From €6,500 to €17,000 1.995%
From €17,000 to €60,000 1.330%
Over €60,000 0.998%

2° A proportional non-degressive fee of 0.484% on recoveries in kind.

The fee provided for in 1° is levied only once on values that appear in several successive transactions included in the same liquidation deed.

Le partage volontaire ou judiciaire (numéro 101 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception :

2° D’un émolument proportionnel non dégressif de 0,484 % sur les reprises en nature.

L’émolument prévu au 1° n’est perçu qu’une seule fois sur les valeurs qui figurent dans plusieurs opérations successives comprises dans un même acte de liquidation.
