Article A444-141 of the French Commercial code

Releases (numbers 131 to 134 of table 5) give rise to the collection of:

1° With regard to the release of a seizure, a fixed fee of €26.41;

2° With regard to the release of a mortgage registration, lien, pledge, pledge and reduction of mortgage:

a) Definitive or partial reducing the claim, of an emolument proportional to the capital valued on the registration form or up to which the release is granted;

b) Reducing the pledge or collateral, of an emolument proportional to the value declared in the deed of the property released, without being able to exceed the emolument calculated as in 1° on the secured claim ;

c) Reducing the claim and the pledge or collateral, by an emolument proportional to the value declared in the deed of the asset released, without being able to exceed the emolument calculated as in 1°,

According to the following scale:

Article A444-141

Les mainlevées (numéros 131 à 134 du tableau 5) donnent lieu à la perception :

1° S’agissant de la mainlevée de saisie, d’un émolument fixe de 26,41 € ;

2° S’agissant de la mainlevée d’inscription hypothécaire, de privilège, de nantissement, de gage et réduction d’hypothèque :

a) Définitive ou partielle réduisant la créance, d’un émolument proportionnel au capital évalué au bordereau d’inscription ou à concurrence duquel la mainlevée est consentie ;

b) Réduisant le gage ou le nantissement, d’un émolument proportionnel à la valeur déclarée à l’acte du bien dégrevé, sans pouvoir excéder l’émolument calculé comme au 1° sur la créance garantie ;

c) Réduisant la créance et le gage ou le nantissement, d’un émolument proportionnel à la valeur déclarée à l’acte du bien dégrevé, sans pouvoir excéder l’émolument calculé comme au 1°,
