Article A444-145 of the French Commercial code

The services relating to the unseizability of the rights of the sole trader in any property, whether built or unbuilt, mentioned in the second paragraph of Article L. 526-1 (numbers 139 to 141 in table 5) give rise to the collection of the following fees:

Les prestations relatives à l’insaisissabilité des droits de l’entrepreneur individuel sur tout bien foncier, bâti ou non bâti, mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 526-1 (numéros 139 à 141 du tableau 5) donnent lieu à la perception des émoluments suivants :
