Article A444-158 of the French Commercial code

Without prejudice to any fees received for the service referred to in g of 4° of I of Article Appendix 4-9, in company matters (number 159 of table 5), deeds relating to property subject to land registration give rise to the collection of a proportional fee, according to the following scale:

From €6,500 to €17,000	0.798%
From €17,000 to €60,000	0.532%
More than €60,000	0.399%

Article A444-158

Sans préjudice des honoraires éventuellement perçus au titre de la prestation mentionnée au g du 4° du I de l’article annexe 4-9, en matière de sociétés (numéro 159 du tableau 5), les actes relatifs à des biens faisant l’objet d’une publicité foncière donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument proportionnel, selon le barème suivant :
