Article A444-192 of the French Commercial code

The acts performed in relation to the distribution of the price (number 4 of table 6) give rise to the collection of the emolument charged by judicial representatives pursuant to article A. 663-28.

Where the distribution is subject to the provisions of Article R. 332-1 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, this emolument is reduced by half.

Les actes réalisés en matière de distribution du prix (numéro 4 du tableau 6) donnent lieu à la perception de l’émolument perçu par les mandataires judiciaires en application de l’article A. 663-28.

Lorsque la distribution est soumise aux dispositions de l’article R. 332-1 du code des procédures civiles d’exécution, cet émolument est réduit de moitié.
