Article A444-32 of the French Commercial code

The recovery or collection service listed under number 129 of Table 3-1 gives rise to the collection of a fee set as follows:

<1° If the amount of the claim is less than or equal to €188, a fixed fee of €21.28;

<2° Above the €188 threshold mentioned in 1°, up to a limit of €5,540, a fee proportional to the sums collected or recovered in respect of the principal claim or the amount of the judgment, excluding costs, according to the following scale:

In the event of payment by successive instalments, this proportional fee is calculated on the total sums collected or recovered and not on each instalment.

La prestation de recouvrement ou d’encaissement figurant au numéro 129 du tableau 3-1 donne lieu à la perception d’un émolument ainsi fixé :

1° Si le montant de la créance est inférieur ou égal à 188 €, un émolument fixe de 21,28 € ;

2° Au-delà du seuil de 188 € mentionné au 1°, dans la limite de 5 540 €, un émolument proportionnel aux sommes encaissées ou recouvrées au titre de la créance en principal ou du montant de la condamnation, à l’exclusion des dépens, selon le barème suivant :
