The services listed under the following numbers in table 3-2 give rise to the collection of fees calculated in accordance with the procedures set out in article A. 444-38:

1° Number 147 (application to open judicial partition proceedings);

2° Number 148 (application for the registration of an enforcement mortgage);

3° Number 150 (application for the transcription and registration of a judicial mortgage).

Les prestations figurant aux numéros suivants du tableau 3-2 donnent lieu à la perception d’émoluments calculés selon les modalités prévues à l’article A. 444-38 :

1° Numéro 147 (requête en ouverture de procédure de partage judiciaire) ;

2° Numéro 148 (requête en inscription d’hypothèque d’exécution forcée) ;

3° Numéro 150 (requête en transcription et d’inscription d’une hypothèque judiciaire).
