Article A444-66 of the French Commercial code

Notarisation (numbers 13 to 15 of table 5) gives rise to the collection of:

1° A fixed fee of €56.60, in the case of notarisation after death, recording the devolution of the estate;

2° A proportional fee, according to the following scale, in the case of notarisation recording acquisitive prescription:

From €6,500 to €17,000 0,426%
From €17,000 to €30,000 0.290%
Over €30,000 0.213%

3° A fixed fee of €56.60, in cases other than those provided for in 1° and 2°.

La notoriété (numéros 13 à 15 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception :

1° D’un émolument fixe de 56,60 €, s’agissant d’une notoriété après décès, constatant la dévolution successorale ;

2° D’un émolument proportionnel, selon le barème suivant, s’agissant d’une notoriété constatant la prescription acquisitive :
