Article A444-77 of the French Commercial code

The guardianship account (number 33 in table 5) gives rise to the collection of a fee proportional to the highest chapter in revenue or expenditure, according to the following scale:

Bases of assessment	Applicable rate
0 to €6,500	2.580%
From €6,500 to €17,000	1.064%
From €17,000 to €60,000	0.709%
Over €60,000	0.532%

If there is a prior liquidation in the same deed, the liquidation fee is levied, in addition, on the share accruing to the person to whom the account is rendered without, however, the fee being cumulative as regards the values appearing in the liquidation and in the account.

Le compte de tutelle (numéro 33 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception d’un émolument proportionnel au chapitre le plus élevé en recette ou en dépense, selon le barème suivant :

S’il y a liquidation préalable dans le même acte, l’émolument de liquidation est perçu, en outre, sur la part revenant à celui auquel le compte est rendu sans, toutefois, que l’émolument puisse être cumulé en ce qui touche les valeurs figurant dans la liquidation et dans le compte.
