Article A444-85 of the French Commercial code

The specifications (numbers 44 to 46 in Table 5) give rise to the following fees:

45	Drawing up specifications with a view to an auction for a sale of immovable property, if the auction attempt is unsuccessful	188.66 €
46	Drawing up specifications for an auction for a movable property sale	75.46 €

The fee is only payable if there is no auction.

Les cahiers des charges (numéros 44 à 46 du tableau 5) donnent lieu à la perception des émoluments suivants :

L’émolument n’est dû que s’il n’y a pas d’adjudication.
