Sales of HLM premises for rental use (numbers 62 to 64 in table 5) give rise to the collection of a proportional fee, the rate of which depends on the type of sale, according to the following scale:

Les ventes de locaux HLM à usage locatif (numéros 62 à 64 du tableau 5) donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument proportionnel, dont le taux est fonction du type de vente, selon le barème suivant :
