The right of access and rectification provided for in articles 39 and 40 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties is exercised with the heads of the competition, consumer affairs and fraud control unit in the department where the business is or will be located.

Le droit d’accès et de rectification prévu aux articles 39 et 40 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés s’exerce auprès des chefs d’unité de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes du département où le commerce est implanté ou le sera.
