For the examination with option in civil matters, the oral tests comprise:

1° A test lasting thirty minutes comprising a ten-minute presentation on a subject relating to mandates in civil matters, followed by a discussion with the jury.

Candidates have one hour to prepare for this test.

The mark carries a coefficient of 3;

2° A twenty-minute question on civil procedure and business criminal law.

The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3;

3° A test lasting thirty minutes of presentation and discussion with the panel on the work placement dissertation that the candidate has written and for which he or she has chosen the subject of economics, law or management or, for the candidate exempted from work placement pursuant to I of article R. 811-25, on its professional experience.

The mark is weighted by a coefficient of 3;

4° A twenty-minute question on the status and ethics of the profession of court-appointed administrator.

The mark carries a coefficient of 3;

5° A fifteen-minute test on the law of succession, matrimonial property regimes and the law of incapacity.

The mark carries a coefficient of 2;

6° A fifteen-minute test on the law of co-ownership and the law of associations and foundations.

The mark carries a coefficient of 2;

7° A twenty-minute test on the management of a judicial administrator’s office.

The mark is weighted at 2.

Article A811-19

Pour l’examen avec option en matière civile, les épreuves orales comprennent :

1° Une épreuve d’une durée de trente minutes comportant un exposé de dix minutes sur un sujet se rapportant aux mandats en matière civile, suivi d’une discussion avec le jury.

Les candidats disposent d’une heure pour la préparation de cette épreuve.

La note est affectée d’un coefficient 3 ;

2° Une interrogation d’une durée de vingt minutes portant sur la procédure civile et le droit pénal des affaires.

3° Une épreuve d’une durée de trente minutes de présentation et de discussion avec le jury portant sur le mémoire de stage que le candidat a rédigé et dont il a choisi le sujet d’économie, de droit ou de gestion ou, pour le candidat dispensé de stage professionnel en application du I de l’article R. 811-25, sur son expérience professionnelle.

La note est affectée d’un coefficient 3 ;

4° Une interrogation d’une durée de vingt minutes portant sur le statut et la déontologie de la profession d’administrateur judiciaire.

5° Une interrogation d’une durée de quinze minutes portant sur le droit des successions, des régimes matrimoniaux et le droit des incapacités.

La note est affectée d’un coefficient 2 ;

6° Une interrogation d’une durée de quinze minutes portant sur le droit de la copropriété et le droit des associations et fondations.

La note est affectée d’un coefficient 2 ;

7° Une interrogation d’une durée de vingt minutes portant sur la gestion d’un cabinet d’administrateur judiciaire.
