For the examination with option in civil matters, the oral tests comprise:
1° A test lasting thirty minutes comprising a ten-minute presentation on a subject relating to mandates in civil matters, followed by a discussion with the jury.
Candidates have one hour to prepare for this test.
The mark carries a coefficient of 3;
2° A twenty-minute question on civil procedure and business criminal law.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3;
3° A test lasting thirty minutes of presentation and discussion with the panel on the work placement dissertation that the candidate has written and for which he or she has chosen the subject of economics, law or management or, for the candidate exempted from work placement pursuant to I of article R. 811-25, on its professional experience.
The mark is weighted by a coefficient of 3;
4° A twenty-minute question on the status and ethics of the profession of court-appointed administrator.
The mark carries a coefficient of 3;
5° A fifteen-minute test on the law of succession, matrimonial property regimes and the law of incapacity.
The mark carries a coefficient of 2;
6° A fifteen-minute test on the law of co-ownership and the law of associations and foundations.
The mark carries a coefficient of 2;
7° A twenty-minute test on the management of a judicial administrator’s office.
The mark is weighted at 2.
