Each test is marked from 0 to 20. Each mark is affected by the coefficient provided for the corresponding test.
Fitness is awarded by the jury on the basis of the average of the marks obtained by the candidate in all the tests he or she has taken, if this is equal to or higher than 10 out of 20.
For the written tests, candidates may use codes and compendia of laws and decrees containing references to articles of doctrine and case law, excluding, however, codes annotated and commented on, article by article, by legal professionals.
They may also use codes or compendia of laws and decrees containing no indication of doctrine or case law without any notes other than references to legislative or regulatory texts.
The marking of the written tests is organised in such a way as to preserve the anonymity of each candidate. Each composition is examined by two markers.
Oral tests are held in public session.
