L’examen d’accès au stage professionnel d’administrateur judiciaire est organisé au moins une fois par an.

Les dates et lieux des épreuves sont fixés par le garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et publiés quatre mois avant la date de la première épreuve au Journal officiel de la République française.
