The written eligibility tests comprise:
1° A test lasting three hours on the national law of companies in difficulty.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 6.
2° A test lasting three hours consisting of the resolution of a practical accounting case corresponding to the syllabus of the DPECF test.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
3° A test lasting two hours on contract law.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
4° A test lasting one and a half hours on financial management and management control corresponding to the syllabus of the DECF test.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
5° A test lasting one and a half hours on employment law related to collective procedures.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
6° A test lasting two hours consisting of a summary note on European and international law on companies in difficulty produced from documents provided to candidates.
The mark is awarded a coefficient of 2.
7° A test lasting one and a half hours on company and group law.
The mark is awarded a coefficient of 2.
