The oral tests comprise:
1° A thirty-minute test comprising a ten-minute presentation on a subject of economic and financial culture followed by a discussion with the jury.
Candidates have one hour to prepare for this test.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
2° A test lasting thirty minutes of presentation and discussion with the jury on the internship dissertation that the candidate has written and for which he has chosen the subject of economics, law or management or, for candidates exempted from professional internship pursuant to I of article R. 812-13, on his professional experience.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
3° A question lasting twenty minutes on civil procedure and business criminal law.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
4° A fifteen-minute examination on employment law and tax law relating to collective proceedings.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
5° A twenty-minute examination on the status and ethics of the profession of judicial representative.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 3.
6° A twenty-minute examination on the management of a judicial representative’s office.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 2.
7° A fifteen-minute examination on the application of European law to national collective proceedings.
The mark is assigned a coefficient of 1.
