Article A822-10 of the French Commercial code

The trainee is required to inform the president of the regional council, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, at least fifteen days before the start of his or her training period:

1° His or her name and address;

2° The name and address of his or her training supervisor;

3° Proof of the qualifications, diplomas, training certificates or authorisations required to sit for the certificate of aptitude for the duties of statutory auditor.

He shall accompany this letter with a certificate from the training supervisor stating that he agrees to receive the trainee and the date of the start of the training period.

The trainee is bound by the same obligations in the event of a change of training supervisor.

Article A822-10

Le stagiaire est tenu de faire connaître au président du conseil régional, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, quinze jours au moins avant le début de son stage :

1° Son nom et son adresse ;

2° Le nom et l’adresse de son maître de stage ;

3° Les justificatifs des titres, diplômes, attestations de formation ou autorisations exigées pour se présenter au certificat d’aptitude aux fonctions de commissaire aux comptes.

Il accompagne cette lettre d’une attestation du maître de stage indiquant qu’il accepte de recevoir le stagiaire et la date du début du stage.

Le stagiaire est tenu aux mêmes obligations en cas de changement de maître de stage.
