The training period is supplemented by training activities, the content, organisation and implementation procedures of which are determined by the regional council in accordance with the training regulations determined by the national council of the Compagnie nationale des commissaires aux comptes. Exemptions may, in exceptional circumstances and on the basis of a reasoned decision, be granted by the latter.

The duration of this training is at least twenty-four days over the three years of training.

The training courses followed under this article cover the skills and knowledge required to practise as an auditor.

They form part of an individual training plan drawn up by the training supervisor.

The trainee draws up activity reports at intervals laid down by the Regional Council and sends these reports, approved by the training supervisor and accompanied, where appropriate, by his observations, to the training supervisor.

The Regional Council may authorise the trainee to suspend his training for a total period not exceeding three years.

Le stage est complété par des actions de formation dont le contenu, l’organisation et les modalités de mise en œuvre sont arrêtés par le conseil régional conformément au règlement de stage arrêté par le conseil national de la Compagnie nationale des commissaires aux comptes. Des dispenses peuvent, à titre exceptionnel et sur décision motivée, être octroyées par ce dernier.

La durée de cette formation est d’au moins vingt-quatre jours sur les trois années de stage.

Les actions de formation suivies au titre du présent article portent sur les compétences et les connaissances nécessaires à l’exercice du commissariat aux comptes.

Elles s’inscrivent dans un plan de formation individuel élaboré par le contrôleur des stages.

Le stagiaire établit des rapports d’activité selon une périodicité fixée par le conseil régional et transmet ces rapports, visés par le maître de stage et accompagnés le cas échéant de ses observations, au contrôleur du stage.

Le conseil régional peut autoriser le stagiaire à suspendre son stage pour une durée totale n’excédant pas trois ans.
